Fresh Peach Pecan Pie

Fresh Peach Pecan Pie 3 egg whites beaten stiff 1 c sugar 1 tsp vanilla 16 crushed soda crackers 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 c chopped pecans Sliced fresh peaches 1 c sweetened whipped cream
Add the sugar and vanilla to the beaten egg whites. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Spread in a buttered pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees until puffed and browned. Cool completely. Steep the pie shell full of freshly sliced peaches. Cover with whipped cream, and sprinkle with pecans.
