ALS Bike Trek MN May 8th, 2010
FruitShare provided strawberries, oranges, apples and bananas for bikers riding to cure ALS, or "Lou Gehrig's Disease".  FruitShare founder Everett Myers lost his father to this disease 21 years ago.  He personally volunteered to set the course and is committed to helping with this event on an annual basis.  He highly recommends making donations to the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS-TDI) to support their 30 plus scientists working to find a cure for ALS.
